You can expect an empathetic, compassionate listener who will gently challenge you to look within for solutions. I'll encourage you to dig deep to uncover whats getting in your way. My coaching style is solution focused with an emphasis on on realistic, effective and achievable outcomes. An action plan is agreed at the end of each session.
Step 1 : I offer a free no-obligation discovery call, typically 30 mins where we discuss how coaching can help and ensure I'm the right fit for you. This is often referred to as a chemistry meeting.
Step 1 : Understand your needs and what you want to achieve through coaching. The initial session is usually 90 minutes where we really drill into the detail and uncover your goals and aspirations and how coaching can help.
Step 2 : Following this I offer a six or ten session programme of executive coaching.
The remaining follow-on sessions can be 60 - 90 mins typically over a 6 month period or timeframe to suit you.
Step 3 : The time in-between sessions is important. You'll have the opportunity to put into action agreed strategies and commitments.
Step 4 : During the sessions we'll reflect, navigate any roadblocks and fine tune plans to ensure you stay on track. Along the the way we'll celebrate achievement and check-in on any key mile stones agreed upfront. We'll continually evaluate progress towards achieving your goals.
Step 5 : Review session and an opportunity to celebrate achievements, recognising how far you've come. My aim is to ensure sustainable transformation.
Many executives prefer ongoing support with tailored timeframes and the coaching can be extended if required.
In short my coaching sessions are very much client led and tailored to your unique individual needs, goals and growth plans.
Typical scenarios could include personal brand building, leadership style, self-belief, focus, empowering others, expanding influence, managing conflict, getting things done with ease, personal impact, effective communication, increasing your personal value within an organisation.

I hold a practitioner diploma in Executive Coaching from the AoEC Academy of Executive Coaching, an ICF, EMCC and Coaching Association certified program.
